Not to mention the less-than-suspenseful “cliffhanger” at the end. It’s not really a way to captivate the audience right before you take a week hiatus for Thanksgiving. We would have liked to see something a little more profound.

Next Thursday, Episode 1.05 “Gimme Some Truth”, Mark Benford’s special mosaic division is under scrutiny and is in danger of getting the plug pulled on their funding.

Episode 2 delved into the secrets of the board from Mark Benford’s FlashForward, focusing on the name D. Gibbons. This D. Gibbons fellow has an evil aura about him, yet his research is puzzling to the FBI. No kangaroos in this episode, however, Demetri meets someone who also did not have a FlashForward vision…and she subsequently dies (things aren’t looking so good for him!)

Next Thursday, Episode 1.03 “137 Sekunden”, suggests it will reveal information about the cause of the blackout.

FlashForward’s premiere show starts off with a bang! Well, a car crash technically. There are so many questions to be answered already: What caused all of this and why? Why doesn’t Dmitri have a vision? Who is the man that didn’t blackout? And what was with the kangaroo?
